Complex integrations, e-commerce, paid advertising, ongoing content creation, domains, licences and other third-party costs are separately scoped. We explain portability, ownership, source files, cancellation and any handover fees in writing before a subscription starts. No SEO ranking or lead-volume guarantees.

Can you care for a website someone else built?
Often, yes, after we check its platform, access, plugins, hosting and existing condition. Unsupported or high-risk systems may need remedial work before a care plan starts.
What happens if I cancel a managed website?
Before you sign, the proposal will state the initial term, cancellation process, ownership of content and design, domain control, what files or exports can be transferred, and any agreed migration costs. Nothing is assumed to be included without written terms.
Are hosting, domains and SEO included?
The exact hosting arrangement and any third-party costs are specified in the proposal. Technical SEO foundations are not an ongoing SEO campaign or a promise of rankings, traffic or leads.
Is the US$599 starter website the same as the designs shown above?
No. The displayed designs illustrate different visual directions. The starter price is for a limited, agreed scope of up to three simple pages. A tailored premium design, additional content, specialist functionality or integrations require a separate quote.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. We can define a limited scope alongside an existing provider or internal contact, subject to agreed access and responsibilities.
Who owns my website and domain?
The written proposal will specify domain registration, hosting access, rights to source files, licensing of third-party assets and the handover arrangements. We do not assume ownership or transfer rights without agreed terms.
How many revisions are included?
The number of design and content revision rounds is confirmed in the written scope before work begins. Changes outside that scope are estimated separately and require approval.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency support?
No. Keldmere does not currently advertise round-the-clock coverage or guaranteed emergency response. Availability, working hours and response expectations are agreed before engagement.
